Job Description\n\nUp to a $12,500 sign-on bonus available for select med surg RN Residency night shift positions!\n\nThe Opportunity : \n\nSaint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Surgical Progressive Care Unit.\n\nAs a Surgical PCU nurse on this unit you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide care to patients with a variety of conditions, acuity levels, telemetry monitoring status, and treatment plans. This nursing position will provide you with variety in your day-to-day and allow you to expand and grow your nursing skills.\n\nShift Details : 6 : 45 pm to 7 : 15 am Full Time Nights\n\nThe Work : \n

• Utilizesthe nursing process\n
• Performspatient care\n
• Delegatespatient care tasks\n
• Supervisesother patient care staff\n
• Coordinatesthe plan of care for a group of assigned patients\n
• Consultswith other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
