E-Commerce Specialist (Contract to start | Remote) Turn Great Products into Bestsellers Across Amazon, Etsy & More!

Are you a pro at turning browsers into buyers?

Do you live and breathe Amazon Ads, Etsy strategy, and full-funnel campaign execution?

Are you just as comfortable diving into paid media strategy as you are collaborating with a team on inventory and fulfillment?

We’re on the hunt for a E-Commerce Specialist who knows how to bring products to life with high-converting listings, data-driven advertising, and seamless platform coordination.

This is a key role in our fast-growing company, and we’re looking for someone who’s strategic, detail-oriented, and ready to own results.

What You’ll Do :

  • Marketplace & Content Optimization Build and manage product listings from scratch using Shopify, integrating across platforms like Amazon, Google Merchant Center, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and TikTok Shop.
  • Optimize listings with engaging visuals, SEO-driven product copy, and clear categorization.
  • Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and fully aligned with current inventory and fulfillment capabilities.
  • Implement smart SEO strategies to boost visibility and rankings.

Paid Ads Strategy & Campaign Management (Top Priority) Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across :

  • Amazon Ads Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Google Search & Shopping TikTok Track KPIs, manage ad budgets, and run A / B tests to improve ROAS.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad content for each platform.
  • This is a critical function —we're looking for someone confident in taking ownership of cross-platform advertising.
  • E-Commerce Store Operations Maintain and update Shopify and WordPress storefronts :

  • improve user experience, ensure mobile responsiveness, and manage product categorization.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with developers to enhance functionality.
  • Manage key customer-facing components like reviews, upsells, shipping options, and discount logic.
  • Inventory & Fulfillment Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams to align inventory, fulfillment pipelines, and product availability across all channels.
  • Monitor stock levels, sync SKUs across systems, and prevent overselling or listing gaps.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with logistics and operations is essential.
  • Product Launch & Development Support Support the go-to-market process for new products—from research and ideation to naming and launch strategy.
  • Work closely with sourcing and creative teams to bring new product lines to life.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Must have : Proven experience managing paid advertising across all major platforms.
  • Hands-on experience building listings from scratch using Shopify, and integrating with Amazon, Google Merchant Center, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to eCommerce.

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills—especially with fulfillment and inventory teams.
  • Excellent writing / editing skills for product descriptions and ad copy.
  • Availability of 20–30 hours per week, with potential for full-time based on performance.
