A healthcare organization is seeking a Senior District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for a University Hospital System in Cleveland, OH.

This prestigious 23-hospital academic health system has been consistently recognized for its excellence, including being named a Best Hospital for 2019-20 by U.S. News World Report.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leadership and management within the Healthcare Technology field.

Key responsibilities for this role include :

• Demonstrating successful leadership in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and establishing an effective governance structure. This person will be the primary contact for the University Hospital System client.
• Exhibiting superior business acumen, decision-making agility, and budget management proficiency.
• Providing leadership by coaching and mentoring employees at various levels.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company and client policies, through regular report reviews.
• Promoting a safe work environment by enforcing safety programs and recommending improvements as needed.
• Assessing financial risks and opportunities and communicating these findings to the client and senior management, implementing action plans where necessary.
• Having a foundational understanding of cybersecurity challenges and solutions to safeguard healthcare providers.
• Supporting workplace diversity and promoting inclusion initiatives.

Position Summary :

The Client Executive will oversee all aspects of client relationships and contract management for the assigned hospital system.

This role ensures operational excellence by consistently meeting predictable, reliable, and repeatable service commitments.

This role holds direct accountability for delivering on contractual obligations across multiple sites, ensuring the success of the healthcare technology services provided.
