- Role : Construction Litigation Attorney
- Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Job Type : Fulltime - Onsite
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive document review and legal research.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions, and prepare memoranda.
- Analyze legal and factual issues, argue motions.
- Provide support for trials for the Litigation Practice Group.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience displaying excellent attention to detail, reviewing documents, preparing memoranda, trial preparation and attendance.
- Litigation experience required.
- Member of the Florida Bar required.
- Must have received the JD from a top 25 law school.
- Must be prompt, responsive and knowledgeable.
- Excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills required.
