Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Retail Banking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the domain, possessing a strong grasp of FRDs and BRDs.
With 5-12 years of industry experience, you will be adept at utilizing tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Your role will involve functioning as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, utilizing your expertise to facilitate smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Demonstrate proficiency in Retail Banking domain knowledge.
Develop and analyze FRDs and BRDs to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Utilize tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage project workflows efficiently.
Engage with stakeholders across levels, presenting findings and recommendations effectively.
Apply Agile Methodology principles to drive project success.
Qualifications :
5-12 years of experience in Retail Banking, with hands-on experience in tracking tools.
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
