A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, including integrations with ETL tools
Provide application administration, support, and manage system backups while ensuring data quality and security
Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and create technical documentation for processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
A minimum of four years of experience in Salesforce application administration
At least three years of experience with complex software systems and application administration
Two years of experience with ETL tools and integrations
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
