We have an opportunity for an IT Systems Administrator to join the Wizards team. This role is responsible for day-to-day management of our Apple environment and services including MDM deployment, custom imaging, patching and support, as well as partnering with the business to craft and implement solutions as needed.

What You'll Do :

Provide excellent technical support across the business and develop clear training guides for use among multiple teams.

  • Take an active role in procuring and evaluating new hardware and software to ensure it meets the needs of each business unit.
  • Partner with the Creative, internal Studio and IT Engineering teams to create methods of delivering their vision throughout the business.
  • Work with key partners to drive improvements to imaging, information management, onboarding and offboarding, and maintenance workflows
  • Use 3rd party and internal tools to provide automated solutions to tackle fleet-wide issues
  • Drive a culture of security first to protect Wizards

What You'll Bring :

3+ years’ experience supporting macOS and Windows systems in an enterprise environment

  • Proven background in bash and python coding languages
  • Ability to build effective cross-team collaborative working relationships with people at all levels of the organization
  • Broad understanding of technology needs for game software development.
  • Experienced knowledge of configuration and asset management
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills
  • Desire to strategize and develop new opportunities
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams
  • Deep appreciation for developer efficiency
  • Passionate about making data driven decisions
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail and decision-making skills

Compensation Range (USD) :

  • Starting : $81,000
  • Ending : $139,400
