- The Customer Service position will be an active member of our Business Credit team, contributing to company culture and driving the goals of the organization
- This position works directly with the Credit Manager focusing on aggressive growth and opportunity

What Responsibilities Will You Have?
- Coach our established clients on building / establishing their business credit.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with our current clients and internal team members.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultations relating to business credit to increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact.
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clientele while consulting our clientele on the growth of their business.

Job Requirements
- MUST have a high level of customer service skills
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Professional Banking and / or Financial Experience
- Ability to walk clients through a detailed process
- Has Personal Credit or Business Credit knowledge
- Ability to read and write in Spanish and English
- Ability to call and speak with clients for several hours a day
- Willingness to learn and comply with established programs, policies, and procedures
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel
- Willing to be trained on our internal CRM
- Career minded individual with a strive for success
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Associate degree or High School Diploma
Compensation and Benefits (benefits available after 60 days) :
- Starting at $18(+) an hour based on experience
- Work hours are 8am 5pm / M-F
