Responsibilities :
- Data entry, document processing, and shipment handling with our customs agent
- Daily report with tracking, tracing, and updating status of shipments & PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory)
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and control logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory holding costs.
Qualifications :
- Assistant Manager level / 4 6 years experience & Staff level / 1 2 years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Import process knowledge
- Verbal and written English communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge in working with MS Office programs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
