We are seeking a talented individual who will be responsible for supporting and managing client relationship and for delivery of Gainwell services to Government client(s) in accordance with client contract requirements.

Oversee routine delivery of client services and deliverables, and responsible for day-to-day management of client relationship and overall contract P&L.

Must have strong project management capabilities and assist in scope expansion, sales and implementations. Must track to strategic corporate initiatives that are tied directly to individual account goals and objectives.

Strong communicator and collaborator with internal Operations and IT teams.

Essential Job Functions

  • Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Senior Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Works with client(s) to design the project approach and develop implementation plans.
  • Oversight and management of contracts, specific products / services and / or special projects
  • Builds relationships and collaborates effectively with contract operations and implementations teams to ensure successful delivery of services to client(s).
  • Assist in the creation and / or review of client deliverables and status reports.
  • Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals.
  • Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s).
  • Monitors state legislative, regulatory, and competitive environment and alerts.
  • Develops documents with appropriate standards to meet client requirements and needs.
  • Ensures communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives.
  • Documents and monitors program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks and successes to maintain program course.
  • Identifies and resolves matters of significance impacting the productivity of assigned programs globally.
  • Works in conjunction with team to ensure program requirements are met as determined by established deliverables; ensures adherence to those deliverables;

communicates milestones and commitments.

Provides and assists in providing information regarding possible solutions that may create additional, different or unique project objectives or results.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience (preferably with Healthcare, Government, Client services)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (client communication skills preferred)
  • Ability to work independently, manage several projects, engage with various stakeholders (internal and external) and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft applications. Advanced technical knowledge is a plus.

  • Good leadership skills to train, guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel, as needed
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
  • Ability to manage medium sized projects
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Potential for evening or weekend work and on-call work

What you should expect in this role

  • Fully Remote (Within the US). Hours in the Eastern Time zone.
  • Travel may be required up to 10%

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
