NewLane Finance is seeking a Data Analyst to perform a wide variety of data-driven tasks. In this role, the individual will also use data analytics, models and reporting to help advance management’s ability to improve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities :

• Define, create and deploy reports, models and self-service dashboards to effectively measure and evaluate customer and operations performance metrics.
• Working with the Data Ops team to develop domain knowledge on the Company’s data governance environment.
• Work closely with management on key performance areas and the compilation of data, model build and analysis.
• Make recommendations based on objective, interpretative analysis of business data.

Technical Knowledge :

• Experience with scripting language, preferably Python or R.
• Knowledge of Tableau.

Qualifications :

• 2 3 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Scripting in Python or R.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and ensure work output is delivered on-time and accurately.
• Effective verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with all levels and business units of the organization.
• Strong interpretive and analytical skills.

Education And Experience Required :

• Three to five years of experience in a business intelligence / marketing analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business data analytics or a similar field.
• Advanced education or certifications are a plus.
