A New York City-based healthcare benefits management company specializing in fertility and family-building benefits is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to join their team. In this non-clinical, member-facing role, the PCA will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing compassionate, personalized support throughout each member's fertility journey.
