- Experience in Telecom Domain is a plus
- Experience in Managing a team of 25-30 members
- Experience in managing IT projects with a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Track and ensure compliance of various metrics such as SLA, MTTR, MTTA, KPI
- Should be able to identify improvement areas, drive automation and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure application support activities are completed within the SLAs
- Communicate project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers
- Passion to learn and adapt with new technologies as per project needs
- Should have worked in client facing roles and have excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities by driving decision-making and guiding the team to meet project objectives
