My client is expanding and looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up K-12, retail and commercial projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is designed for a proven leader who thrives on managing large-scale builds and delivering results that exceed client expectations.

If you have 10–15 years of project management experience in education, retail]' or commercial ground-up projects valued between $20M–$100M , I want to talk to you!

What You’ll Need to Succeed :

  • 10–15 years of project management experience in commercial construction , specifically K-12, retail, and large-scale ground-up projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects ranging from $20M–$100M
  • Experience with CMAR and Design-Build delivery methods
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field required
  • Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and risk mitigation
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365; P6 / Primavera or Prolog experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and mentor teams

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee delivery of large-scale K-12, retail, and commercial ground-up projects ($20M–$100M)
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Lead OAC meetings and serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects and consultants
  • Supervise subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance
  • Work closely with superintendents to coordinate site safety, quality, and execution
  • Mentor and develop assistant PMs and project engineers to build high-performing teams
