Job Title : Mental Health Technician
Supervised by : Director of Nursing
Job Summary : Performs assigned functions of direct patient care under the direction, instruction, and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Duties include ensuring patient safety, therapeutically interacting with patients, assist patients in activities of daily living, and other routine duties as assigned by the supervising nurse.
Skills :
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong bedside manner.
- Certified in CPR
- Certified in crisis / violence intervention
Language Skills :
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
