Description
RESPONSIBILITIES for a Retail Associate Manager
- Coach associates in building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
- Provide Retail Store Manager with feedback and solutions to improve customer service and sales results
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and customers.
- Know and use the store systems to support the Customer Experience
- Utilize tools and resources to grow internal talent to the next level.
- Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment conversations.
- Maintain appropriate documentation of Performance Improvement Plan for Human Resources.
- Maintain a neat clean organized store environment at all times.
- Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology. Ensure that sales associates are up to speed on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.
QUALIFICATIONS of a Retail Associate Manager
- BA / BS degree or equivalent education through work experience
- Track record of high personal performance
- Wireless or telecom-related background required
- Some experience performance managing commissioned sales teams
- Some coaching and development skills
- Operational and financial performance management know-how
