Position Summary : Management and development of marketing directives, delivery of marketing messages, and management of marketing projects for OrthoAlliance and OrthoAlliance Partner Practices in Central Ohio market.
Position Responsibilities / Standards :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for B2B (employer and other) and B2C patient marketing.
- Serve as marketing team point of contact for physicians and leadership for designated partner practices in Central Ohio market.
- Assist marketing leadership with the management of designated partner practices’ digital advertising, including content, budgeting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on social media and content creation strategy and execution.
- Upload and update copy, video, photos, physician pages, etc. content on designated partner practice websites in collaboration with external partners as needed.
- Assist with Search Engine Optimization, digital reporting and tracking OAPPs’ digital presence.
- Manage designated partner practices’ online reputation using reputation management platform.
- Lead graphic design on marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, print and digital advertisements for designated partner practices.
- Assist media and PR as needed with TV, Radio, and other various marketing relationships providing the necessary support to coordinate content creation, campaign launch and management, etc.
- Assist with outreach to referring physicians and potential new business.
- Provide regular reporting on marketing efforts to leadership and physicians at designated partner practices.
- Coordinate and schedule patient education events and seminars as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience Required or Preferred :
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 5 years experience, healthcare marketing preferred
- 2 years management experience
- Personable, presentable, and articulate
- Effective project management skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Sound understanding of marketing, advertising, and branding
- Proven copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress
- Experience with social media platforms (ex. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube and Twitter)
- Photography & Videography skills, from capture to editing projects
- Graphic Design for advertising purposes
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Google Adwords, Google Analytics
- Event Planning and Management
Physical Requirements :
Physical requirements for the position include the ability to frequently hear and communicate orally, see up close and at a distance, read and comprehend, stand, sit, walk, reach, handle, and / or feel objects.
Must be able to climb, pull, push and kneel. Maximum unassisted lift 50 lbs. Average lift 25-50 lbs.
