if scheduled 36-40 hrs / week, OT billed after 40 hrs

if scheduled 48 hrs / week, OT billed after 48 hrs

2+ years Med Surg / Tele / Cardiac experience needed

Med Surg patients w / Tele / Cardiac patients

monitoring, drips, anything and everything Tele related is on this floor

Patients with higher degree of care are transported to CICU

The 12-bed maternity center includes private labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum rooms, allowing mothers to stay in one room for the duration of their stay.

There is also a newborn nursery with one continuing care neonatal bed. Offering experienced staff and 24 / 7 on-staff neonatal support in partnership with Blank Children's Hospital.

Methodist West was the first and only hospital in Central Iowa to employ Patient Care Facilitators.

The surgery department contains 14 private, pre-operative rooms, six leading edge operating rooms and an endoscopy suite.
