Advanced Wiring Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Daily Schedule-Updating Google Doc from the Master schedule and sending out emails to the technicians.
- Updating Kroger Service calls in Shared Google Doc.
- Updating Kroger Service calls in both Service Hub & Service Now websites.
- Assist Accounts receivables with getting job numbers created.
- Assist with take offs of projects to bid in Planswift.
- Assist with Project submittals and Closeout Documents.
- Downloading and exporting the Fluke Tester (Test reports from the field)
- Assist with sending out Purchase Orders to vendors.
- Assist in Warehouse with receiving incoming deliveries.
- Assist in warehouse with pulling and staging materials for installations.
- Assist with the questions from field techs as needed.
- Review tools and ladder inventory sheets as needed.
- Eventually pricing up Work order tickets to turn into Account receivables.
- Experience : 3-5 years in a construction background
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting / business, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong math ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
