Job Summary Always Best Care Senior Services Oahu is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) for a full-time position.
This role is a highly individual contributor role whose responsibility is to provide medical assistance to our elderly clients, collaborate with family members and health care professionals, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits This full time position offers competitive pay ranging between $18 and $20 per hour, with paid weekly wages as well as the prospect of flexible hours.

- Provide medical assistance to elderly clients, including helping them with personal hygiene, feeding, bathing, and other activities.
- Monitor and document changes in patient’s condition and report any issues to the attending physician or supervisor.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of the patients, providing assistance as needed and ensuring their medical needs are met.
- Curate a home environment that is calm and nurturing while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Participate in meetings and continuing training sessions as required.
- Establish effective working relationships with family members, clients, and health care professionals. Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid state-issued CNA or NA license.
- Advanced training or certifications may be required for specific positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a professional medical setting is preferred.
- A strong knowledge of medical jargon and procedures is necessary.
- Proficiency with common computer programs and tools is preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
