Duration : Long-term; approx. 2 years, typically 2-3 month projects each location
Drug & Background Check : Both required
MUST HAVE : Fiber Splicing
Example for Level 2 Tech (fiber focused)
1. 6+ months of experience in fiber splicing
2. Identify network design issues and work to resolve as needed
3. Troubleshoot network and powering issues
Location : Multiple cities : Houston, Salt Lake City, Bay Area to Sacramento, Denver, Minneapolis, Portland, and Seattle
Tech 1 ($17 / hr)
Tech 2 ($24 / hr)
Tech 3 ($35 / hr)

Job Description :
- Splicing and activation which includes setting up and balancing electronics to specifications. Work within a team environment to ensure the full job scope is completed within the scheduled timeframe.
- Basic daily maintenance of provided vehicle : check fluids, clean and organize vehicle.
- Safely operate and use bucket truck to complete daily construction assignments as needed (potentially working for extended times on a ladder).
- Safely set up and operate at a job work site in compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Complete daily production reports, mark up maps, keep track of work hours and complete as-built maps for areas built.
- Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate material usage counts.
- Continued training and education to support advancement in either technology innovations or role.
