Part-time Project Coordinator - hybrid
Schedule will be Mon-Thurs 9a-2pm. Part time - 20 hrs / week.
Schedule will be Tues / Wed. In office. Mon / Thurs will be work from home. No work on Fri, Sat, or Sun required.
Targeted Years of Experience : 5-7 years Responsibilities - Project Coordinator :
Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and assist with technical problem troubleshooting
Assist in project communications; issue straightforward communications to limited audiences.
Work under supervision in coordinating specific components and project work activities.
Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables in Telecommunication tools
Assist the Project Manager (PM) in coordination of information to support the project design and planning.
Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plan documents
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important) - Project Coordinator
High level, executive presentation experience in power point or google apps. Specifically putting together well polished executive decks for these types of presentations.
This ability is a MUST. 5+ years experience.
Previous administrative experience - scheduling and running meetings, taking and sending out notes and action items, running presentations, putting together presentation decks and data, charts, and information in an executive format.
Previously worked in a professional environment.
DESIRED SKILLS - Project Coordinator :
Previous project management or PM coordinator experience.
