Provide clinical care for endocrinology patients and engage in direct patient care activities as the principal component.
The commute is less than 50 minutes from Boston, Massachusetts.
About the position :
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
- Provide inpatient consultations
- Completing consults within 24 hours
- Provide weekend call for critical need consults only
- Expertise in managing insulin pump therapy, continuous glucose monitoring, and diabetes management
- Care for post-surgical cardiac and bariatric patients and OB / GYN endocrine specialty needs
- On-going communications with hospital medicine physicians and care team who routinely manage the care of patients currently in the hospital.
- Accurate and timely completion of all clinical and professional records and documentation Who we are seeking :
- MD or DO
- MD or DO
- BC / BE in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine
- NH state license or ability to obtain one
- Federal DEA registration
- Two or more years of experience as an Endocrinologist is strongly preferred
