JobDescription :
As a Conveyor BeltMaintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring theproper functioning and maintenance of conveyor belt systems inindustrial settings.
Your primary duty will be to conduct regularinspections troubleshoot issues perform repairs and implementpreventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime and ensureoperational efficiency.
You will work closely with the maintenanceteam and production staff to uphold safety standards and optimizeconveyor beltperformance.
Responsibilities :
- Mustbe able to conduct routine inspections of conveyor beltsystems.
- Will diagnose and troubleshootmechanical electrical and hydraulicissues.
- Performs repairs replacements andadjustments on conveyor components (rollers pulleys belts motorsbearings).
- Implements preventive maintenanceschedules (lubricate parts tighten bolts align belts replace worncomponents).
- Ensures compliance with safetyregulations and protocols.
- Maintains accuraterecords of maintenance activities (inspection reports repair logsparts inventory).
- Collaborates with maintenanceteam production personnel and equipmentsuppliers.
- Responds promptly to emergencymaintenance requests.
- Provides training andsupport to operators and maintenance personnel on conveyor beltoperation maintenance and safetyprotocols.
- Identifies opportunities for processimprovements efficiency enhancements and costsavings.
