Entry Level Business Management Responsibilities :
- Contribute to outreach initiatives and promote home improvement services to potential customers by directly engaging with members in a retail setting.
- Support customers by providing information about renovation prerequisites, processes, and available services.
- Review and verify customer eligibility based on specific criteria and design interest they have
- Ensure customers are input into our system correctly and the required supporting materials are provided.
- Adhere to compliance protocol and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with the Entry Level Business Management team to evaluate the efficiency of services and recommend enhancements as needed.
Entry Level Business Management Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous background in sales, retail setting, or a customer-facing role.
- Confident in engaging directly with community members and effectively presenting information to potential customers.
- Passionate about helping others and eager to make a difference in the community.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends.
