About The Position

- Provide care for step-down patients with varying nurse-to-patient ratios from 1 : 4 to 1 : 6, often during night shifts.
- Deliver high-quality patient care across rotating day and night shifts.- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed patient records and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and healthcare guidelines.
