Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) $10K Sign-On + Great Benefits

A hospital south of West Plains, MO is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join their therapy team.

Physical Therapist Assistant Pay & Perks :

  • Pay : $24-35 / hour
  • Sign-On Bonus : $10,000

Physical Therapist Assistant Schedule :

  • Full-Time Monday - Friday
  • Weekend rotation required

    • Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities :

  • Work under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients recover, improve mobility, and regain daily living skills
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions based on individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques for continued progress at home

    • Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications :

  • Active Arkansas PTA license or eligible to obtain prior to hire
  • 1 2 years of experience preferred
