Schedule : Full Time Shift : Days, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Location : 895 HOWARD GAP RD, Fletcher, 28732 The role you'll contribute : The Patient Resource Team is a metrics-based inbound scheduling and clinical contact center for physician offices. Our team is often the first contact for a new patient and the ongoing connection to their provider for all their health & wellness needs. The AdventHealth Mission and Service Standards guide each call with the goal of personalized customer service to achieve First Call Resolution. The value you'll bring to the team : Answers inbound calls to the physician practice clinical lines in a polite and professional manner. Assists callers with clinical tasks according to established protocols. Provides appropriate chart documentation. Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.
