KeyResponsibilities :

• Performmaintenance and repairs on cement trucks with a focus on air brakessuspension systems hydraulic systems and electricalsystems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot engine andhydraulic system issues to ensure cement trucks are in optimaloperating condition.
• Conduct routine fluidchanges inspect and maintain hydraulic pumps and lines and performgeneral truck upkeep.
• Service and maintainboth frontend and rearend discharge trucks.
• Perform minor welding and fabrication tasks whennecessary.
• Test trucks postrepair ensuringfull operational capacity and DOT compliance.

Qualifications / Skills :

• Experience : Proven experience incement or heavyduty truck maintenance specifically with air brakessuspension systems hydraulic systems and electricalsystems.
• Hydraulic SystemsKnowledge : Essential for working with the mixing anddischarge components of the truck.
• Diagnostic Tools : Experience usingdiagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot and repair electricaland engine issues.
• Welding andFabrication : Basic welding skills for minor repairs andmodifications.
• Preferred : Experience with ReadyMix trucks or heavyduty equipmentmaintenance.
• DOT Knowledge : Familiarity with Department of Transportation regulations to ensuretruck compliance.

AdditionalRequirements :

• CDL (CommercialDriver’s License) is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy parts stand for long periods andwork in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention todetail.
• Excellent communication skills to workeffectively with team members and supervisors.
