We are currently hiring a Workers’ Compensation Claims Associate to join our locally owned and operated organization. In this role, you’ll be part of a team that administers self-insurance risk pools - an alternative to traditional insurance products.
Position Summary
As a Workers’ Compensation Claims Associate, you will :
- Conduct investigations and assessments to determine claim validity
- Work closely with injured workers to guide them through the claims process
- Collect, review, and maintain proper documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures
