Responsibilities :
- Answer all incoming calls, immediately, and manage according to Bighorn excellence standards
- Establish rapport with Clients, by ensuring their needs are heard during all incoming calls.
- Assist with front office support, and administrative duties as assigned by supervisory team
- Escalate Client concerns so that they may be resolved
Qualifications :
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
