We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to fill the role of Vice President of Global Clinical Lab Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of clinical research in an industry-leading scientific organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our global lab operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results for our clients and partners.

Responsibilities :

As the Vice President of Global Clinical Lab Operations, your duties will include :

1. Overseeing the strategic planning, direction, and execution of all global clinical lab operations.

2. Ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity in all lab processes, including sample collection, processing, storage, and reporting.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance lab efficiency and productivity.

4. Leading and managing a diverse team of lab professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

5. Overseeing the management and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

7. Continuously monitoring and analyzing lab performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational excellence.

8. Staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in the clinical lab industry and incorporating this knowledge into our operations.

Qualifications :

To be considered for the role of Vice President of Global Clinical Lab Operations, you should possess the following :

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in clinical lab operations.

2. Extensive experience in managing and executing clinical trials.

3. A deep understanding of global clinical lab operations and regulations.

4. Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team of professionals.

5. Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills.

6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and use it to drive operational improvements.
