ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for pre-onboarding all new hires, including entering new hire data into Success Factors (HRIS system); monitoring changes fed from Success Factors to DayForce system.
Onboard temps through eFlow.
- Initiating onboarding and termination IT Help Desk tickets.
- Responsible for assisting new hires with logins, paperwork questions, new hire documents, etc.
- Responsible for monitoring compliance training making sure all new hires receive automatic login information and for assigning learning paths for promotions.
- Responsible for processing payroll changes (PCNs) within HRIS systems and notifying departments as needed. Ensure accuracy of data entered and transmitted.
File all PCNs in employee files once processed.
- Update HR trackers (PCN, External / Transfers, STI, New Hire, EEID) documenting changes. Ensure accuracy of data entered and on a timely basis.
- Other duties as directed by Director, Human Resources.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 3+ years working in an Human Resources Department
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to multi-task is a must.
- Works effectively in both an independent as well as a collaborative team environment.
- Prior experience with HRIS systems (i.e. Success Factors, DayForce, WorkDay, SAP, etc.)
- Skilled at using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
