Sr Consultant/ Manager - Analytics Consulting (Healthcare)

Responsibilities :

• Knowledge of advanced analytics approaches and methodologies and best practices of leveraging data to drive informative decisions
• Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems in Healthcare and Life science domain
• Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs
• Present analytic solutions to business audiences highlighting the robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value
• Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and developing plans to help operationalize analytic solutions
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action; excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues & mitigate risks

Requirements

• 5- 8 years of professional work experience with at least 4 years in data analytics
• Domain experience in Healthcare is required
• Strong SQL, SAS, proficiency in MS office and Power point. Good to have a data science background knowledge and experience
• Analytics consultant would be validating the data science outputs with the actual results, presenting them as a package (emails, meetings, deck writing) to stakeholders.

The consultant is not expected to build the model itself

• Ability to engage with Executive / VP-level stakeholders from client team to effectively translate business problems to analytics solutions
• Strong communications and problem-solving skills. Should be able to independently speak to clients and team members
• Ability to work with Data Science teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes
• Graduate Degree in Business Analytics or MBA equivalent work experience
