A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist responsible for managing complex payroll processes and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll for multiple states and countries under strict deadlines

Reconcile payroll register, source documents, and funding totals each pay period

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

Qualifications

5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in multi-state or large-scale environments

Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards

Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is highly desirable
