Material Handler
at Dura-Line (An Orbia Company)
On-site Salt Lake City, Utah
The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring the required materials for each line are drawn from appropriate locations and set up, monitored, and made available throughout the production period or shift.
What can you expect in a Material Handler role at Dura-Line?
- You will assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
- You will use your attention to detail to inspect all inbound and outbound shipments for damage.
- You will organize and stage materials in the staging area or yard as per the supervisor’s instructions.
- You will be responsible for the safe operation of forklift and other related lift equipment to support shipping, receiving, feeding production lines, clearing production lines and other work areas as required.
- You will perform all work cautiously, with safety of yourself and fellow team members at the top of mind always.
- You will help to maintain a safe space for your team to share feedback and ideas for improvements.
What is in it for you?
- Competitive hourly wage of $21 per hour to start .
- Days : Monday-Friday 7am-330pm
- $500 paid out after 90 Days of Employment and $1,000 after 180 Days of Employment

- Your ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, as well as physical stamina and strength , handle heavy equipment and work in a non-climate controlled environment.
- Your ability to work most of the time indoors on the plant floor, with heat, dust, and noise and work some of the time outdoors in any weather condition.
- Your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced, high volume distribution environment .
