JOB DETAILS

Position : Medical Customer Service Representative

Pay : $16 / hr. Weekly plus available benefit options!

Schedule : Must be able to accept any 8 hour shift between the hours of operation 7am-8pm CST. Must be able to work any day Monday through Saturday.

5 day schedule will be assigned. This is a full time position.

Equipment : Provided

Brief List of Responsibilities :

• Place and receive calls while providing excellent customer service.
• Use data entry and computer skills.
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information.
• Work with insurance carriers to ensure the coverage of patient medications.

Requirements :

• 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• Have active high-speed internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
• Live in one of the following states to be considered : Texas, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky.
• Available to work any assigned schedule between the hours of operation : 7 am to 8 pm CST.
• Available to work 5 days a week, including Saturday! Days of the week are assigned.
• Possess the following skills : attention to detail, data entry, computer proficiency, and communication.
• Have a great work attitude, listen with empathy, and enjoy helping others.
• High School Diploma or GED
