The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Specialized Cybersecurity and Privacy Support Services BOA, Section H.

3.i, for Advisory Services Senior.

• The individual must also have the following set of specific knowledge and experience :
• Experience with the architectural principles of a zero-trust environment, including micro-segmentation, CASB, and SSE.
• Experience with Zscaler and Cloudflare is highly preferred.
• A strong, broad familiarity with information security principles and technologies.
• Mastery of project management skills and teambuilding skills with the ability to engage cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Demonstrated use of current project management concepts, practices, and procedures, including definition and adherence to scope, change management, scheduling, issue resolution, and risk management.
• Experience managing and delivering technology implementation projects is a plus.
• Experience working with procurement, security, and technology compliance groups during an implementation is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to organize the work for self and others.
• Great communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• A PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification. (In lieu of those certifications, the Board will also consider candidates with at least 5 years of experience working in a project management role.)

Responsibilities :

• The candidate shall provide support that includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks :
• Act as the primary project manager for the organization's design and implementation of an enterprise zero-trust architecture.
• Manage complex technology and business projects. Identify and track all new and affected technical components, systems, interdependencies, stakeholders, and policies associated with the architecture.
• Clearly communicate assignments, expectations, required results and status, verbally and in writing, to project team members, project sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Manage the coordination of resources assigned to the projects with various business and technology units in a matrixed team environment.
• Ensure projects meet identified milestones, resource allocation, project estimations, project budget expenditures, and quality standards and are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, costs, and resource usage.
• Respond to stakeholders' need for information through pre-defined channels.
