Senior Engineer, Thin Films Advanced DRAM Process Development (Epitaxial Growth)

Welcome! As a Senior / Principal engineer, you will be a part of revolutionary Advanced DRAM research & development thin films deposition team.

The position promises ample opportunities for innovation, collaboration and testing a new dimension with Advanced. You will work directly with process integration and other process areas such as Wet etch, Dry Etch, Metals, Lithography & CMP.

You will work on innovative and outstanding Epitaxial Growth chambers & own the process roadmap to meet program and yield goals.

  • Create Recipes and BKMs to Grow Epitaxial, Silicon Based Films, to solve structural and electrical problems with Advanced DRAM Development.
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems
  • Coordinate and implement process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step
  • Lead / participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities
  • Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new process, tools and / or materials for new product introduction
  • Support SPC / FDC / RMS / APC
  • Support site to site portability
  • Manage / audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives
  • Support internal and external audits

Education :

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field with 3+ years of work experience
  • A Bachelor's of Science degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 + years proven experience in Semiconductor Process Engineering will also be considered.
