Title of Position : Hotel Regional Director of Operations

Job Description : The Hotel Regional Director of Operations will act as the direct liaison between the Hotels and the Corporate Office.

They are responsible for managing and directing all areas of hotel performance support for hotels operations located in Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Indiana.

The Hotel Regional Director of Operations will have direct responsibility for a specific portfolio of eight to ten (8-10) hotels for both short and long-term financial performance with direct responsibility to the Chief Executive Officer.

The Hotel Regional Director of Operations will provide guidance to the General Managers including but not limited to hotel operations, GSS scores, quality assurance scores, sales and marketing techniques, revenue management and implement Action Plans to achieve a solid return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications :

• The Hotel Regional Director of Operations must have a minimum of 3 years of multi-unit experience.
• Brand experience with Marriott and Hilton is preferred.
• The Hotel Regional Director of Operations is the subject matter expert on all brand standards from marketing programs, corporate programs and technology platforms utilized.
• Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction are a requirement for The Hotel Regional Director of Operations.
• The Hotel Regional Director of Operations must be proficient in achieving solid financial results.
• A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait The Hotel Regional Director of Operations must possess.
