Job Summary : Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Facility Maintenance Tech to join our team! Facility Maintenance Techs are responsible for completing all service requests for our residential and outpatient facilities and will work directly with our Director of Facility Operations as well as designated staff within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities : Ability to diagnose and perform general repairs of facility Paint and upgrade items as needed Provide and submit bids or estimates for major maintenance repairs Flexible work schedule;

must be available for emergencies and respond as needed Must be available to travel Perform basic plumbing and electrical needs of facility Document and record costs of repairs and jobs completed Assemble basic furniture Ability to repair and install cabinet and door locks Must be able to work independently and make competent decisions in regard to repairs needed This is a Full-Time (32 hours / week) onsite position.

Pay Range : $26 - $28.00 hourly Benefits : Professional Training - We invest in professional growth, offering quarterly continued education, ongoing training, and professional development courses for all employees.

We provide clinical supervision and have helped hundreds of associate therapists successfully complete the licensure process.

Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent required Additional equivalent technical / trade school courses in maintenance or a construction-related field a plus Documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States Valid CA driver’s license 2-5 years of experience Ability to clear a background check Recent verifiable work history and references complete with contact information Willingness to travel Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Computer literate Proficiency with mechanical and electrical tools and appliances Ability to clearly and appropriately communicate with others Ability to model positive behavior, conduct, and dress code to facilities Must be willing to commute to all our facilities in the San Diego area (currently La Mesa, Del Mar, and Encinitas).
