Requirements
Theideal candidate will possess excellent research and writing skillswith 2 to 7 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects ofinsurance defense litigation.
This includes case management motionpractice discovery and handling hearings depositions arbitrationsand trials. Active admission to the California Bar is amust.
