Schedule requirements :
- Approximately 50 hours weekly

Must have experience :
- 2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Previous experience opening a restaurant is helpful
- Ordering & receiving, inventory
- Staff education, training, and motivation
- Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
- Staff scheduling
- Managing 15-20 people
