Hospital : Tristar Horizon Medical Center Location : Dickson, TN Address : 111 Hwy 70 E Unit Name : Med Surg Building : Cost Center : General Information Unit Specifics : · Number of Beds : 26 · Patient Ratios : 1 : 6 or team nursing 1 : 9 · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Charge nurse, unit secretary on days, 2 PCTs · Type of equipment : Alaris IV pumps · Documentation system : Meditech · Scheduling requirements : Every other weekend · Floating policy : may float to other Medsurg units · Patient Experience requirements : Hourly purposeful rounds, AIDET, mandatory bedside shift report Hospital Specifics- · Certifications : BLS, ACLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Must have : Positive attitude, be able to work well with others, good time management skills, ability to communicate effectively.
