Contract Receptionist in Feasterville - Up to 22/hr!
Our client, a prestigious law firm located in Feasterville, PA, is in search of a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis, with an initial commitment of at least two months.
We are seeking a proactive individual with a positive attitude who is eager to contribute during a bustling period!
About You :
- 1+ year of professional experience in an administrative or office coordination role (internships count!)
- A bachelor's degree is highly preferred for this position
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills preferred
Day to Day :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, and guests of the firm
- Assist in managing calendars and coordinating meetings as necessary
- Efficiently handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate contacts promptly
- Support in organizing and maintaining client records, confidential documents, and other paperwork with utmost accuracy and discretion
- Collaborate on additional projects as required
This presents a valuable opportunity to expand your experience within a respected firm. The position is anticipated to last at least two months with potential of becoming permanent.
