Compensation :

$75,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

Qualifications :

  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Great communication and social skills
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Technology driven
  • An active Georgia Real Estate License is required
  • Outstanding past sales experience
  • Social media savvy
  • Strong desire for a 6 figure income
  • Be willing and have the desire to be held accountable
