PrudentRx seeks an analytical, knowledge-based, problem-solving Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization. As a Data Analyst, you will analyze large volumes of data to generate reports while verifying and validating accurate information and adhering to strict deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to communicate clearly, handle strict deadlines, have an eye for detail, maintain a high level of accuracy, and be technically sound in Excel, SQL Server, and Access.

Position Details

  • United States- Remote / Telecommute
  • 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm Est.
  • Equipment and hardware provided. Interviewing, orientation, and training are conducted virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Vet ad-hoc requests and ingest requirements appropriately into task management software (currently, ADO and ClickUp).
  • Utilize task management software in accordance with internal processes to complete recurring tasks, complete ad-hoc tasks, and communicate issues.
  • Generate billing outputs requiring familiarity with advanced Excel features, SQL Server basics, Access, and Salesforce.
  • QA billing inputs, outputs, and deliverables for accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Identify and present scenarios that don’t align with established processes to determine an appropriate resolution.
  • Maintain templates and other supporting materials that must be updated periodically for analytical and organizational purposes.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  • Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need.
  • Other essential duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of advanced analytical skills in Excel

Preferred

  • Familiarity working with pharmaceutical claims data.
  • Proficiency in working with task management software such as Jira, ADO, or ClickUp.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SQL Server for basic querying and ad-hoc analyses.

Work From Home Requirement

25 / 25mp) to execute all job functions. Additionally, the employee must provide a private

workspace with a desk and chair, free from distraction.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Duties are performed primarily in a home office setting utilizing Company provided computer equipment. While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly sit and talk.

The employee is frequently required to use their hands. Employee will occasionally be required to stand and walk.
