O'Neal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Architect for work in our Greenville, SC home office. This position will develop designs and produce construction documents for corporate, industrial, and institutional facilities.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical design architecture environment. Active registration, Revit proficiency, and rendering software capability (Lumion or 3DS Max) is preferred.
Prior experience with industrial manufacturing, distribution, and automated warehousing projects is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to work with directly with owners, engineers, and construction professionals to produce both conceptual design packages and detailed models for fast-track capital projects.
