A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (Medication Assisted Treatment) for a fully remote, full-time position.Key Responsibilities : Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders and related comorbiditiesEmpower patients in their recovery journeys through medication-assisted recovery and patient engagementCoordinate with the Care Team to develop treatment plans, educate patients, and provide care coverage during nonstandard hoursRequired Qualifications : Minimum 1+ year of addiction treatment experience3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferredDegree from an accredited school of nursing and a graduate-level nurse practitioner programDemonstrated experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model through medication-assisted recoveryProficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
