Position : Vice President, People and Culture Communication

Location : Greater Charlotte Metro

Travel : As needed to various Advocate Health locations and partnerships within the AH footprint

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People & Culture Communications Leader to elevate how we communicate with — and through — our people. This role is responsible for designing and executing communication strategies that bring the People & Culture (P&C) agenda to life, drive understanding of Total Rewards, inspire recognition, and empower leaders to communicate with clarity, consistency, and impact.

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of internal communications, people-first storytelling, and leadership alignment — with a proven ability to shape messaging around culture, benefits, employee experience, and change.

Compensation : $112.40 – $179.85
